An argument over a Walmart parking spot in metro Atlanta turns deadly

It was all supposed to be a simple visit to Walmart Sunday evening, but the visit to a busy metro Atlanta retailer turned deadly.

Snellville police have arrested, Troy Hunte, 27, and has charged him with voluntary manslaughter. Hunte and the unidentified 49-year-old were shopping at a Snellville, Georgia, Walmart on Scenic Highway. Both began arguing over a parking space before Hunte produced a gun and fired a single shot.

The scene reportedly became so chaotic that families were separated as they scrambled for help; parents looking for their children as children cried out for their parents.
