New York Times: Asia Argento, a #MeToo Leader, Made a Deal With Her Own Accuser

A report by the New York Times has been published that actress, Asia Argento, one of the leading figures of the #MeToo movement, and sexual assault allegations against Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein. Argento has been accused of paying former child actor, Jimmy Bennett, a large sum of money to keep quiet of sexual advances she made towards him.

Through an encrypted email from an unidentified source, documents were provided to the New York Times of Argento’s and Bennett’s legal counselors of their hush money agreement in the amount of $380,000
