Hedge fund management wants Twitter CEO gone

Jack Dorsey spends a lot of his time between two of the biggest technology companies today, Twitter, and payment service provider, Square. As the CEO of both companies, he finds himself going back and forth between both companies.

But Elliot Management is a major shareholder of Twitter and is not happy with Dorsey spending his time between both companies. Elliot wants Twitter to have a dedicated CEO to help the company grow. Recently purchasing shares of Twitter worth $1 Billion, Elliot is aggressively pushing to have Dorsey removed by nominating four new directors to the board to assist him with corporate takeover and removal of Dorsey.
