Olive Garden employee resigns after allegedly being retaliated against by coworkers after customer racial discrimination incident

Evansville, Indiana – Representing former Olive Garden employee, Amira Donahue, the Danks and Danks law firm announced that she has resigned from her position at the restaurant.

Donahue felt threaten after retaliation attempts by coworkers, “After Amira spoke up about being discriminated against by an Olive Garden customer, she has been harassed by and retaliated against by her coworkers and superiors,” the post reads. “Amira told her superiors about the harassment and retaliation by her coworkers, and Olive Garden failed to stop it from continuing.”
