Kroger designates special hours for seniors

Atlanta, Georgia – The Atlanta corporate office of Kroger has announced that they will be changing their hours. Kroger will be designating hours for customers that are more prone to contracting the coronavirus.

Because of the concerns, customers that are 60-years-old and older will be given Monday-Thursday and between the hours of 7 am – 8 pm. The Atlanta offices of Kroger manages stores within Georgia, Kentucky, and Alabama.

These changes will immediately take effect on Monday. “During these hours, we will be open for those who may be more susceptible to COVID-19,” Kroger manager of corporate affairs Felix Turner said.   “We encourage all customers to respect these special hours as we work to protect our community members.”
